Orders
Minimum order $15. Please email your order to us, at mrkleinman@ateliertomi.com. We accept cash, personal checks, bank drafts and postal money orders. We do not accept credit cards due to increased cost to our customers.

Payment
50% deposit due on instruments. Final 50% due one week before shipping. Checks will be held 10 days before product is shipped.

Shipping
Customer is responsible for shipping charges. No handling charges are included. All products will be packed in cardboard with Stryrofoam peanuts and other packing materials. Products damaged during shipping are covered by the shipper. If you receive products damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.

Instrument Warranty
All hand-made instruments are warranted to last a lifetime under normal use during the lifetime of the craftsman. The owner is responsible for maintaining the instrument. Cracks, splits and breakage due to fluctuating temperatures and humidity are not covered by warranty. Keeping your instrument in a hard shell case with a quality humidifer in winter and a dehumidifier in its case in the summer will make it last. Instruments that are warped or cracked due to extreme change of temperature and air dryness/humidity are not repairable. Repairs may cost more than the value of the instrument.

Returns
10% re-stocking fee for all items.

Repairs and Consultation Fee
In-house professional repairs are available on all stringed instruments and bows. We charge a $25 Consultation fee for appraisals, evaluations and consultations performed on instruments, furniture, other products and repair services.  This cost will be deducted from the amount paid for repairs and products. Our work is backed by 30+ years of experience!
